At Sacred Heart School, we recognize that choosing a school for your child is an enormous decision and also an investment in your child’s future. Sacred Heart is continually welcoming new students in the 2019-2020 school year. We are now accepting applications for our Junior Kindergarten class for 2020-2021 – please refer to our “Apply” tab for the application form.

Tuition & Fees

Click the link below to find our current tuition and fees description for the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Rates for the 2020-2021 school year, once adopted by the Board and Diocese of Charlotte, are available in early February 2020.
Financial Aid
We use FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to conduct individual family’s financial need analysis. Online application opens on January 15, 2020.
Applications and supporting documentation must be submitted to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, through the link below, by March 25, 2019. Applicants will be informed of tuition assistance reward before or during the week of May 6, 2019 – May 10, 2019.

K-12 Scholarship Grants
Opportunity Scholarship Program
The Opportunity Scholarship Program expands school choice in North Carolina through scholarship grants for eligible children in Kindergarten through 12th grade. This program provides funding of up to $4,200 per year for eligible children who choose to attend a participating nonpublic school.
Application Dates
The application portal opens on February 1, 2020.
The priority selection deadline is on March 1, 2020.

Upon acceptance of the North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship, Sacred Heart Catholic School reserves the right to adjust any given tuition reduction.

Application Deadlines
Sacred Heart is continually welcoming new students in the 2019-2020 school year. We are always accepting applications throughout the year (as long as the desired class is not full).
We are now accepting applications for our Junior Kindergarten class for 2020-2021! Please complete and return this application (one application per student) with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit. Upon enrollment, the deposit will be applied to annual tuition.

- Create a FACTS Tuition Management Account to complete the 2019-2020 tuition payment plan information. Please refer to our Financial Aid tab above for more information
- Pay the $325 non-refundable application & registrstion fee
Final online enrollment documents with required paperwork and student fees will be due the week of May 4 – May 8, 2020.
